By installing or using the Receipt Pro browser extension or visiting myreceiptpro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Receipt Pro.

1. Description of Service

Receipt Pro is a personal spending analysis tool designed to help users understand their own purchase history. Receipt Pro is:

• Not affiliated with Costco Wholesale Corporation
• Not an official Costco product or service
• Not a financial, tax, or accounting service

2. Personal Use Only

The software is intended for individual use with your own account data. You agree not to:

• Use the tool for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer licensing mechanisms
• Redistribute the software without written permission
• Use the tool to access accounts that do not belong to you

3. Free and Paid Tiers

Quick Scan (Free) provides basic spending analysis at no cost. Receipt Pro MAX ($9.97/year) provides additional features including detailed warehouse receipts, online order exports, and professional Excel reports.

Pricing is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Receipt Pro MAX, contact us at support@myreceiptpro.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. No Warranty

Receipt Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of third-party data or calculations
• Availability of external websites
• Compatibility with future retailer website changes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Receipt Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.

Our total liability for any claim related to Receipt Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid for Receipt Pro MAX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. External Websites

Receipt Pro operates on data available through Costco.com but is not controlled by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Costco Wholesale Corporation. "Costco" and "Costco Executive" are trademarks of Costco Wholesale Corporation.

8. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Receipt Pro are the exclusive property of Ulan Hada Corporation and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• The Receipt Pro source code may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written consent.
• The Receipt Pro name, logo, and branding may not be used without authorization.
• All documentation, marketing copy, and website content are copyrighted.

9. DMCA Notice and Takedown

Ulan Hada Corporation respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, or if you discover unauthorized copies of Receipt Pro, please see our DMCA Policy or contact support@myreceiptpro.com.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In short: all data stays on your device.

11. Termination

You may stop using Receipt Pro at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to paid features if these terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Receipt Pro after changes constitutes acceptance.
