Receipt Pro respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Copyright Ownership

All source code, design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Receipt Pro are the exclusive property of Ulan Hada Corporation and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Receipt Pro™ is a trademark of Ulan Hada Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed by Receipt Pro, or if you discover unauthorized copies or derivatives of Receipt Pro, please send a DMCA takedown notice including:

• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., URL)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with similar information, including a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

4. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Ulan Hada Corporation will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the affected party of the takedown
• Restore the material within 10–14 business days if a valid counter-notification is received and no court action is filed

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Reporting Unauthorized Copies of Receipt Pro

If you discover unauthorized copies, clones, or derivatives of Receipt Pro on any platform (including browser extension stores, code repositories, or websites), please report them to support@myreceiptpro.com with the URL and a screenshot.
